I’m 21 and I’ve never had a girlfriend or kissed. I feel unlovable and unattractive. What should I do?

I do have girl “friends” (wouldn’t really call them friends cause we only talk at university and almost never hang out), but the idea of a girl finding me attractive seems impossible to me, especially now that i’m starting losing my hair (i’m taking products so hopefully they’ll work)… even though i work out a lot and i’m tall.

I grew up (from 10 to 18 yo) with one only friend, and he was INSANELY good looking. Ofc he got approached a lot and all that stuff. This really influenced the way i look at myself and i’m in a bad place right now.

Dude don't even sweat it, 21 is still so young! I know it's easy to feel that way, but trust me a lot of guys your age are in the same boat.

It sounds like you're already doing the right things by working on yourself - working out is awesome, and the hair products might help too so fingers crossed! Those things will definitely boost your confidence over time.

A couple other suggestions - see if there's any social clubs or intramural sports at your school you can join for some low-pressure way to meet new people. Having fun activities in common is a natural way to connect.

Don't be afraid to put yourself out there too - even something little like smiling and saying hi to that cute girl in your class can help. Worst that happens is she says hi back!

Plus most girls care way more about how you treat them and your personality than any looks stuff anyway. Try being a good listener, make em laugh, be respectful - that'll take you way farther than any flaws you think you have, I promise.

It'll happen for you bro, maybe not this week but soon! Just focus on being social and putting good vibes out there. You got this man!

Listen I completely understand your problem and you will run into someone that will be interested in you. You are not alone I'm 33 and never been in a relationship and only kissed one girl when I was young. Someone will come, I use to feel the same way till I realized I actually did have opportunities with girls that were interested that I missed myself for many different reasons. At your age some girls will actually like that you haven't messed around because believe it or not your marriage material than a guy who has many girls friends and slept around. It's tough out there and take it from me you got to take chances and ask girls out there are probably some willing to date you. It's honestly true what people say confidence is key but if you seem nervous that is ok if they see you are putting the effort and courage into actually trying.
