Is it that I attract somewhat unattractive women?

I am an average looking slim built guy with kind of short height and visible baldness on my head.

I do sometimes meet and go on dates with women... But I have noticed these women are pretty plain , kind of dark skinned than the others of the same race , have not so shiny smooth skin as other women seem to have in pics or otherwise , look really plain from close.

Is it that I attract kind of below average women because I am that way too... or is it that I find them unattractive and sexually unappealing because I find women who are unapproachable and distant from me sexy and attractive?

I attract very average or below average women because of my own physical attributes and average looks

I only find women who are unachievable and distant from me attractive and sexy..

I take these women who have given me a chance to date and be friends... for granted and hence unappealing to me

I understand guys seek physical beauty as the ultimate goal, but any woman who takes care of herself and isn't sloppy could have qualities that bring more layers of attraction

That goes both ways. If you don't care Bout your hygiene and won't attempt to try is not worth looking and probably lacks in the confident department. T
Men like this are hard to take interest in, and their passive attitudes filter them out with public society. Find a way to bring some unique wow factor

@Flaminhotchica but don't you think there needs to be some sort of physical attraction in someone to be able to find that person worthy enough for beginning a relationship because it's a relationship and not just friendship..
There needs to be some sort of physical and sexual attraction... only then you'll be willing to have sex with him/her in future
