Be completely honest - does being an Administrative Assistant at 31 make me a bit of a loser?

Nope not at all.
there are various reasons people have various jobs.
over here in the UK with high unemployment in certain areas, having a job is a bonus.
Also in some cities with universities, getting some jobs is hard as students tend to take them.
Definitely not a loser,
Perception is reality. If you believe it makes you a loser, then it does, if you believe it doesn't, then it doesn't. Other people perceive you as the vibe you genuinely manifest. If deep down you feel like it makes you a loser, people will pick up on that and view you accordingly. If deep down you feel like it doesn't matter, you make enough money to live comfortably, and there's more to you than just your occupation, then people will pick up on that and view you accordingly.
Not at all, I can't understand why you might think that would be the case

You're gainfully employed in honest work; I'd hardly call that being a loser. It's not glorious or glamorous, but then, it doesn't have to be.
Of course not. What makes you think that? The only thing I would wonder about is whether it's commensurate with your educational level.
If it makes you feel like a loser or think you're a loser then maybe, but from the outside looking in, no it does not.
If you're ambitious, yes. If you're more focused on family it's fine.
No, you're a woman so, unlike with men, your value as a human being is not based on your job.
Nope, having a job is the antithesis of being a loser.
Not at all.
No, not at all. :)
Absolutely not.
