What do you advise me? A company with whom I passed an interview were waiting for me to receive a tax number from my country and I updated them but?

I updated them (by email) that I got the tax number and it's been 15 days without a reply. Are they waiting until a news semester to reply? Why wouldn't they just reply? I don't understand.
SHOULD I APPLY AGAIN on their website for the job and just go through the interview stage, informing the interviewer that I already passed in the past?

Maybe they are wanting to see how interested in the job you really are. If you don't call them to find out about the progress on your application they might think you are really not that interested.

No. I'm an international client and don't have a number i can call. Possibly I sent an email to a no reply email of theirs... still not sure... but yesterday I checked their website and decided to email b the recruiter and a different address for the company... they replied today, thank God. The recruiter didn't reply so I'm not sure if he also informed them but I got through nonetheless.

Unfortunately not... I saw a number to call (there are numbers for some different countries) but I can't call internationally... So I emailed a few different addresses and my recruiter today. Hopefully he replies.
