How can I become fluent in two languages?

I'm learning Spanish and English and I'm losing my mind because I keep forgetting vocabulary in both languages and beside my English was good before I learn Spanish, now I feel like it's not as good as before... Any advice?

just keep practicing... lol

I would recommend you to get the same books (novels) in both languages, or to watch the same show in English and Spanish (dub or at least subtitles) and you could also do the same with some sites that have a variety of articles

if you have people around that speak both English and Spanish, then just engage more on both languages... that's what I do every single day

having conversation will make you learn languages VERY fast

find some native speaker friends online and talk with them in your target language

you will be fluent in no time

What is your native tongue? It might be better to concentrate on which language is closest first.

My native tongue isn't close to any of two languages but English is easier for me since I learned it at school
