Are there connections between income and fitness?

At least for me, it was easier to get and stay in shape as odd as it sounds when I got my sedentary job as a software developer. Because -- while I'm sitting most of the day -- I build up a lot of physical energy (although it's rather mentally exhausting) to work out and eat proper meals in my spare time.
When I was a struggling university student working blue-collar jobs lifting heavy bed frames all day up and down the stairs in hotels (as well as vacuuming and cleaning toilets and so forth), I would become so exhausted by the end of each workday that I'd be more tempted to just get fast food and not work out at all.
While I was probably expending a lot of energy with the hotel job, I learned to find the paths of least resistance and became efficient doing things like lifting heavy bed frames up and downstairs. So it ceased to challenge my body very much and I think when combined with all the fast food I favored, it made it more difficult to lean down and stay lean.
In fact, I lost 80 kg to 50 kg for a while. All I do is sadness. whenever i has sadness i can't eat anything. It's actually a kind of eating disorder that I have. I did fitness for a while, but I'm not getting better. Anxiety pushes me to overeat, whereas sadness, on the contrary
No, not at all. You just have to believe in yourself work hard and never give up.. anything's possible! or you can kick back, relax and aim low.. you’ll never be disappointed.
Maybe because you feel more aligned and on the right path, that food is no longer your go-to for comfort. A lot of people gains weight from emotional eating and you seem to be conscious of your diet so that plays a part too
