I recently quit from the grocery store. Due to the 38 hours per week, not being able to sit down and only 2 bathroom breaks during 9 hour shift. Then to top it off, my coworkers threw me into the deep end of the labor work. That they did not teach me well enough for the tasks and customer service and the heavy work load. Which lead me to quit.
I tried looking for a new job. But all the businesses and companies are putting the tasks for 3 people on just 1 person. I even tried applying at the hospital for nursing assistant. That even certified nurses don’t like their jobs. Because they are also doing janitorial work.
So are people picky and lazy or are businesses putting too much load on people?

it hard to keep a job you do not understand. to many hoops to jump through for a job that going be the best thing of you life them it just another job. to many temp jobs out that you like then 1 moth and then it all go away. to many bad coworker who want flirt with girls and take long brake. to many guys that are strong guys that just show off there strength to weaker guy then go back to being lazy and takeing long brake. to many people who want call off cause a video game came out or it there b day or the big game comeing on. to many people have kids but do not want work or they want you give them money. to many smooth talker who yell when things get bad and act if all good when the boss is there and try make other look bad for help them cash up. to may fast pace jobs where the boss up you butt. to many people who want you slam it then get mad when you go to fast. to many not my jobs out there. to many people on there phone texting or say you just want easy money.
also covid-19 mess thing and it was better to be on unemployment then go to work cause unemployment pay more.
to much ppe and stuff you have go to and you get made fun of if your jobs to easy and pay to well or if it to hard and dose not pay well.
any way I had to many job to get a new job and the Amry will not take me and I been to jail and that look bad. I not sure how pay my bills and I want to learn something new. I want get more job training and skills. I want work hard but not kill my self. I want do something interesting. with out any one to show me how or someone to take a chance with me. with out school or training I don't know what I going do. I was think about killing my self cause then I not need a job any more then I not have worry about money or being fast or good or strong.
Businesses are often too cheap to hire enough employees. This is bad for both the staff and the customers. It leads to long lines, long wait times, and less quality of service.
People are lazy and being supported or bribed for votes by government
