Like do you assume that someone is smart, if they have a Masters, PhD, etc.
Just because one paid money and received a piece of paper with their name on it in a specialized field of study does not mean one is intelligent. There is no correlation between degrees and intelligence. There are people without college degrees that are millionaires and successful.
More often than not you just put yourself in more debt and you increase earning potential. Doesn't mean it will happen.

No. There's some really dumb smart people out there.
Depends really on what they have their masters, PhD etc in, I mean like physics vs gender studies. A lot people go to college and basically slog it out for a very easy basic degree that honestly could have been completed in an online course or community college with 3-6 months.
I know some people who graduated college by trying really hard but they're not the smartest people. And the smartest person I know didn't finish college because he didn't want to take all the arbitrary courses necessary for graduation that he "didn't care about"

It does but not as much as other factors. There are many people who do well in the classroom that are just plain dumb.
Only if it is in nursing, statistics, systems engineering or medicine.
