I didn't study at all in the 9th, 10th and 11th grades.12. I studied irregularly and little in class until February. But I really want to be a doctor. What should I do?
You could but I honestly, I have my doubts that you could achieve your goal. Why?
You seem not to be motivated to study. If you failed to study for 3 consecutive years on topics that were really easy to study compared to the studies of medicine, then I don't think that you have what it takes to study for 6 years minimum to achieve a degree in medicine.
The studies are more than a full time job. It requires dedication and 16 hours minimum of studies to be able to follow the curriculum. I see that you would be one of those numerous dropouts that abandon the studies after a semester or maximum one year.
In your own interest, take something that is not so study intensive as medicine.

You would really have to jump on the studying from here on out. In order to get into medical school, you will need close to getting all A's in a 4 year undergrad program. So you really need some serious study skills to pull that off. Some people are "late bloomers". It is not impossible.
Look anything is possible , but you are going to need to start another degree and get in the back door , my daughter did science and then got into medicine.
