In certain countries, do they fire you from your job for becoming old?

An example is a police officer, if you're 40 or older, you might not be strong enough to run after criminals or fight thieves who fight back, so they might fire you because of your age.

Today I went to the bank to deposit a cheque and I notice a bank employee in her early 40s was no longer working there, she had been working there from age 21 to age 38 or 39.

All the employees who worked there looked under the age of 24, other than managers, all had pale skin that you would have to have certain genes or cosmetics to get, and all had 10 out of 10 beauty in their faces and bodies. All were skinnier than your average fashion model. I'm thinking that at least half the employees wore size 0 clothing. This was a Chinese bank in my city where bank tellers must speak Chinese to work there.

It happened to me, the first time I was working at a engineering firm when I hit 42 years old I was locked to the door and read least for my position and was told not to come back. Later on I found that they did not want to pay me more for compensation they could hire two or three inexperienced technicians to do the same thing that I did proficiently.

2nd time I was forced out of my position. I wasn't released but I was forced to quit. They made my life miserable where I worked my supervisor was 20 years my junior. I had put 20 years in with this firm and I had enough time for retirement. I did retire and they had to replace me with four other technicians in my field.

Military and police retire at 40 years of age. I am a medical student, doctors are the most important professionals, they are never fired.
