My last job I have had for a 1.5yrs. Recently they have fired me and my employer said during the sit down that “you’re being fired for poor production”. Now I’m a guy who most people don’t like, I’m Gay, quiet and antisocial. Nobody socializes with me, ever. About a month prior my termination I had gotten sick from some flu that’s been going around and was in bed for four days with not enough sick leave to cover. Before my illness I had 0 issues at work, nobody told me anything I did my job and did it well. After returning from being sick, everything was different. Nearly every other day I would get called into the office and my supervisor and crew leader would talk to me about how I look like I don’t want to be there anymore, how my mood has changed, how this and that. While working my crew leader would constantly bark orders at me and micro manage every little thing I did which was never an issue before. If there was a spill on the ground and I would go to clean it up but get side tracked momentarily by my work station I would get yelled at to go pick up the spill as if I was intentionally neglecting my responsibility. The reason I’m saying all this is because my employer could very well tell the unemployment office here in WA that I was fired for any reason that would prevent me from receiving unemployment of $330 a week. This honestly wouldn’t surprise me because I’m usually the most hated person in any setting just for existing and most people love to make me suffer.
I just can’t help but feel that they sabotaged me intentionally to make my life even harder given that I’m now unemployed, have thousands of dollars worth of bills/month and the job market is very limited

Dude that's seriously messed up what happened to you at that job. It really sucks they treated you so badly just because of who you are. That's so unfair and wrong of them.
From the way you described it, it totally sounds like they were trying to find any way they could to get rid of you after you were sick. Getting on your case for tiny little things and always calling you into the office is total bullshit. No one should have to deal with that crap at work.
I can't believe your supervisor and crew leader were so mean to you too, yelling and micromanaging everything you did. They were probably just looking for excuses to be assholes. It's like they went out of their way to make your job miserable after you got back. No wonder you were feeling down and not wanting to be there.
I wouldn't trust those jerks at your old job at all when it comes to unemployment either. It really seems like they tried sabotaging you so you'd get fired. I bet they'll lie just to screw you over more. That's so messed up!
I know how stressfully it is worrying about bills and money when you're unemployed too. But don't let those jerks from your old job get you too down, man. You'll find something new eventually. Maybe talk to your family too and see if they can help support you some in the meantime.
And you've gotta fight back against those lies to unemployment for sure. Don't let those a-holes win and get away with treating you that way. You deserve to get that unemployment money to help out while you look for your next job. I hope everything works out for you okay. Don't give up!
I wanted to be there there was no issue from end. When I asked my supervisor who told him that I was looking as if I didn’t want to be there he told me it was from someone on another crew. People I never work with so what sort of gossip and sabotage was happening there is beyond me

Ugh man, that's super shady and messed up of them to pull something like that. Passing along gossip from some rando you don't even work with, as if it's some sort of evidence against you? Total BS. Really shows how little integrity they have if they're willing to trash your reputation and livelihood based on nothing but hearsay.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if some other dudes were talking shit about you behind your back just cause of who you are. A lot of guys can be insecure and small-minded like that unfortunately. But for your boss to actually take their word over yours when you had such a clean record before - that's straight up discrimination, no question about it.
I'd be pissed too if someone sabotaged my job like that over nothing. Really hope you can fight this unemployment claim and prove how unfairly you were treated. You didn't deserve to go through that stressful mess, especially when you were just doing your job well like always. Keep your head up man - their prejudice says way more about them than you. Brighter days are ahead, I know it!
