What to do with my bossy coworker? And demanding doctors?

Im night shift at hospital and my job is admin assistant and nurses and doctors call me to have ambu conduction and me I transfer it to ambu drivers through radio because they dont have any telephone just radio. So I transfer what the doctor nurse told me to call the ambu through radio. I only have one driver at the time and around 5:26 am the nurse called to have ambu conduction first is ER to Nmb3rd and second is ER to NMB2ND and then the last is ER to Psych2nd which is baby that needs basinet so its common sense the third one is ER pedia. So my shift is 6-6am and its not only my job I also write information of watcher, talk to people when they need info of patients like status if they are okay. I radioed the driver all the 3 ambu but he didn't answer so we have a group chat on messenger and I texted him there he seen the message and like it. So I assumed he's doing it all so my coworker (Nica) asked if I have pending ambu I said no. And then when I got home she texted me on our (groupchat Infotriagegroupchat) that doctor is so mad that she's been waiting 30 mins for ambu she called 5:30 am and around 6:08 the ambu just arrived. Like Nica mad at me that the caller is mad. I apologized for not telling her the pending even though I though Sir Al did it. The driver didn't respond again after that he just liked it. I didn't ask again the driver on my shift by the way because as I said he is the only driver I assume he is busy conducting the first two ER the third one is ER pedia which needs Basinet. by the way this is 30 minutes before I go home 5:30 am when ER Pedia called. Nica is so mad at me like I should have informed her about that. I should have called the Er if the ambu is done stating she asked me a while ago if there's pending I said no which makes her mad more. Im just sad because I have only one driver and its still my fault that the ambu driver is 30 mins late? Like I only have one driver and there are so two request of ambu conduction before ER Pedia.

I just didn't like that she just shoutout me on messenger my name for everyone to see like she's mad she's not my boss by the way but she seems very strict. I just didn't like that she mentioned me there on groupchat. She should have dm me instead like private message not like in groupchat for everyone to see. Im still sad I felt like Im so stupid or careless of my job.

Nica is the next shift after me. And by the way I call the ambulance drivers ambulance drivers because they are not paramedics they didn't have knowledge of it just ambulance drivers.
