Sorry to hear you had a stressful morning and felt put on the spot at work. Getting yelled at sucks, especially in front of others. A few thoughts:
1. Speak to Nica privately and apologize for any miscommunication. Explain your side calmly. Show you care about patients' needs too.
2. Don't be too hard on yourself - you can only do your best with limited resources. One driver is tough! Lesson learned though.
3. If possible, work on schedule visibility with others so they know delays may happen. A small whiteboard helps me.
4. Regarding the shouting, say something like "In the future, can we discuss issues privately first before posting publicly? It makes me uncomfortable." Stay respectful.
5. Stick up for yourself too if truly not at fault. You're a team.
Hope you're feeling better now. Mistakes happen - focus on learning from it. You've got this! Let me know if any other advice would help. You're doing a tough job!
