What to do with my bossy coworker? And demanding doctors? ↗ so last time I forgot to endorse her the ambu conduction and she got mad at me and call me out on gc if you read my question. So now before I leave my work I stapled form for information of patient/watcher I told her about so that she knows I also stapled form. And then today I endorse it now the ambu because last time she was mad at me for that ambu (read the link question above) and I when I got home she asked on messenger on our gc (same gc she called me out) why I wrote on log book there's 18 y/o watcher and if doctor agreed to let her watch patients because 18 y/o are not allowed to watch patients only 19-59 y/o are allowed to watch patients I called the ward to confirm if they are letting an 18 y/o watch the patients and they agreed so I texted her on gc that "Maam yes I asked the ward if they let her watch they agreed so I let her write a form" and she called me again that someone in PCR called that I forgot to encode something surname "Drior" he was swabbed but his info encoded was not encoded on computer. I told her its on Pedia ward maam sometimes Pedia interviewed watchers and swabbed them but they forgot to tell me to interview it (werw still the one who encode it for swab results) so Drior came to me and I was confused how he got swabbed results and he's asking for medcert for discount of charge ( we release medcert for watcher who was swabbed for discount of charges in cashier) and he asked me around 5:40 before 6 am so I forgot to ask pedia about it because the nurse kept calling me about the ambu conduction over telephone so I always forward everything to ambu drivers so the last 30 mins before my shift ends I didn't have time to ask the pedia about drior and when Nica is on shift again she asked me on gc why I forgot to encode it I said "Maam its prob Pedia wrote

Here are some suggestions for dealing with your micromanaging coworker and demanding doctors:
- Document everything - Any tasks/directives you receive, conversations you have, etc. This covers you if anything comes up again.
- Set boundaries - Politely tell Nica you can only focus on one task at a time, and will follow up on any others after. Do not let her interrupt you.
- Clear communication - When giving information, provide it in writing to avoid misunderstandings later. Copy others on important emails for transparency.
- Share responsibilities - Casually mention how you've seen Nica and Dea help out too to shift some scrutiny off you. We're all a team!
- Don't take it personally - It seems they target you because you're newer, not because of your work. Stay confident in your abilities.
- Ask for feedback - Invite Nica/others to point out anything they need from you to improve. This puts the ball in their court to offer solutions too.
- Consider mediation - If issues persist, request a sit-down with your manager to get their guidance and support.
Remember - you're doing your best in a tough job. Stay positive and the excess stress shouldn't last long. Let me know if any other advice would help!
