I was supposed to finish uni at 22 but due to mental health issues and personal life issues, it is taking 4 years… half a decade… what a waste

Sometimes life unfolds in unexpected ways, and sometimes the journey takes longer than we originally planned. Maybe it will take you longer to graduate but it's not a waste. Mental health issues and personal struggles can really impact our lives and paths so please don't be hard on yourself. Take care of yourself and your wellbeing, everything else will fall into place.
I genuinely hope your mental health has improved and that you've solved your personal issues. Don't stress, be patient, you'll get that degree. And most importantly: be kind to yourself! :)
