On Friday and Saturday nights I used to babysit my nephew's and niece's and they would want to watch scary movies I would say go for it.. they would asked me to sit down and watch with them. I would tell them no thank you he would call me scaredy cat I would smile and say yes I am. As an empath I have felt so many different types of emotions so many different types of pains. They have asked me why I'm so scared. And I have always told them because stuff like this I don't want to see it twice I'll wait until it really happens because someday it right and I will be prepared for it that way. Having this shit scared out of me and thinking about it LOL I'm just a big puss that's why

continue to stay away from those scary movies Lol

Well one of the main reasons is because as an empath I see and I feel things in the way that our world is turning and heading I only want to see this one time in my life I don't want to watch it twice meaning I don't even want to watch it or be a part of it one time but sometimes it's not my choice in life

That was the last real one where I was scared
Hereditary was kind of a fascinating gross out
I scream and yell at the screen during the recent Halloween movies. Like we used to do with David Lynch’s Blue Velvet

A lot of bizarre in betweens

363 opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. Horror movies don't scare me, when I was a kid they did though. 😂 My absolute favorite horror movies are Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Candyman, the Saw movies, and of course the classic slasher films, Halloween, Friday the 13th, and Nightmare On Elm Street.
Creepypastas (internet horror/ghost stories) and amateur YouTube horror videos and series are honestly scarier to me than big budget horror films. Here's one that's incredibly unsettling. There's tons of videos like this!

The first Paranormal Activity.
I went to watch it at the cinema. I got so scared that I removed my glasses and actually forgot them there.
For three nights, I bunked with my younger sister. I refused to sleep alone, I tightly tucked the sheets under the mattress so as not to be pulled in my sleep like the chick was!
I was 17 when it came out. My sister was 12 😐12 Reply- +1 y
Lol oh wow I’ve never really watched a paranormal movie I will check it out

I’m yet to find one that actually scared me. From all of them I’d probably go with...
-Insidious part 1 (The scene where the grandma is describing the dream and suddenly that demon face pops up).
-Veronica (Something about a blind nun claiming to feel a presence made me feel some type of way).
-The Conjuring 2 (Again a thing with nuns).11 Reply- +1 y
Never seen Veronica I think I will watch it thanks
Darkness Falls. About a wicked tooth fairy.
White Noise. About communicating with dead loved ones is dangerous.
These two got me cuz I used to believe in tooth fairy and the tv static used to scare me.I'll add if I think of more.

Thanks for the list I think I’ll check out white noise the trailer seems creepy

1.2K opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. All horror or scary movies do is piss me off.
It's not fear I feel but rage.
To me it's not a form of entertainment.
It's placing a Subconscious curse of hopelessness on the viewer.
I'm just seething to take out the villain or monster.
The mindless murder and injustice infuriate me.
I usually have a headache after from clenching my jaw through the whole thing.
I hate that horror and mindless murder are praised.
That's the stuff going on in my own head.
I'm not judging anyone for enjoying them.
I'm not saying anyone is wrong for wanting to see them, I just don't get it myself.02 Reply- +1 y
POV understood scary movies are not for everyone but some of us enjoy them especially in October because that’s what we have grown up on
- +1 y
Hence... my last paragraph.
I don't want to take anything away from anyone.
But some little voice inside of my head says shit like "so someone wrote Saw and a bunch of other people said "great idea! That will generate a lot of money."".
I just think some of the writers are sick people and give other sick people ideas.
Anyway, I'm done.
Enjoy your movies.

The eye which starred Jessica Alba, it was so scary I’m not sure if I watched the whole thing, horror movies scare me cause sometimes I forget that the things I see are not real.

The one and only movie that scared me was the exorcist, the original one... I saw it when I was young and it terrified me. Every movie after that hasn't really done anything to me...

Titanic. After being forced to take my ex wife to see it and only being 5 min into the movie I realized I was going to be stuck watching complete garbage for like the next 3 hours. I still shiver when I think about it. The horror I experienced only 5 min into that long and awful movie made Hellraiser look like an animated Disney flick.

I wouldn’t exactly classify my Conga Series as horror, but in SS1, there are some parts that could be considered PG 13 at least such as Ekdosi slapping off Sunako’s and eating her throat, two other Clash Demons two-moaning a man (ripping his face off faster than spit when you sneeze and shorting electricity in his mouth and eyes) it’s just a s thing they do but don’t worry they die, (evil bastards), today we’re having French Fries. What are your favorite kind of Fries?
