Why don’t girl like nerdy things?

Now this isn’t all girls far from it, from what I’ve seen there’s been a lot of girls who’ve gotten into more nerdy things the last few years for whatever reason. But from what I’ve seen it’s definitely not the majority and I don’t really get it tbh. I’ve heard it all from females when it comes to video games or super hero’s comic books or anime. You’re weird if you watch that stuff or it’s childish or it’s boring. It’s honestly pretty annoying and frustrating cause if you’re a fan of any of these types of media you know that it’s better then majority of entertainment on tv or streaming. Especially in story telling, I feel like it’s gotta be ignorance tbh that and lack of open mindedness done girls will watch just cause there boyfriend is a fan but won’t really give it a chance. I don't know why all the hate ladies?

I don't know I think some care way too much about what others will think about them for liking nerd stuff. Some generally are not into it though. I'm a huge fan of anime and gaming and have come across some girls into that stuff. Most are already taken. You want a girl who is into it all or just cool with you being into it?

Nerd stuff has to get more popular first or have celebrities endorse it before some women will even consider it.

Big facts, anime is better than most show on TV and have much deeper and well written stories. I feel people are missing out so I don't trip much but it would be cool if even more people were interested.

yep, that is just your limited personal experience... not an accurate representation of reality as a whole

and it's not like all men are into videogames or comics either, they're also a fraction of a whole, like many other things

That’s just your experience. What do you consider nerdy? I prefer books to movies, and I also love reading psychology books apart from classics… isn’t that nerdy?

I can understand that you want to connect with women who have the same interests as you. Why don’t you try dating apps? You’re still young, and I can assure you that there are women out there who would not consider your interests “childish”. I would only do so IF you neglect all your priorities and responsibilities to play video games. Notice that there’s a big “IF” there.

Anyone can play video games, read comics and enjoy anime. There is no set time limit to abandon your interests. If any girl judges you for who you are, maybe they’re not someone you should be dating.

Just because you have interest, doesn’t mean others need to also. Baseball is a well known game everywhere, and I know a lot of people that think it’s boring while others enjoy it. Why worry about the ones that don’t like it instead of connecting to those that do like it?

There's aot of girls who likes nerdy things.. Not a lot of women are into comics in the first place, even though that's a niche noticeable female audience.. But a lot like anime.. Cutes ones too.. You just have to know where to find them..
