Have you ever displayed something the wrong way around?

A painting by abstract Dutch artist Piet Mondrian has been hanging upside down in various museums since it was first put on display 75 years ago.

But have you ever displayed something the wrong way around out of ignorance? Perhaps a modern art painting, an ornament, or a symbol/badge

few things, like imminent danger and threat, do make me smile sometimes, like I just saw my best friend for the first time in years

I mounted a mirror upside down once. Didn't think it made any difference until my then-wife pointed out that the intricate molding was supposed to be at the top.

Yeah I intentionally hung one of my wife's early paintings upside down because it looked better that way.

Right side up it's a bland grey brown orange, upside down it looked abstract, architectural and surrealist.
