Do WHITE people cosplay certain anime character better than Asians?

A lot of time in anime, we may see characters with phenotypic features typically seen on whites. This can include blue eyes, blonde or red hair etc. Do you think when cosplaying said character that white people are better portrayal for these characters than Asian people?

Lets take anime characters that have a more defined face line, jaws more bulkier build. Europeans are most of the times taller and have more defined facial features which could make them cosplay characters like Armstrong from Full metal alchemist better then others, It always will be important to find someone who looks close to the original, Most female anime characters I know are almost always only able to be cosplayed by Japanese women. The only character I know that is played well by someone who's from Mexico is Erza Scarlet. That cosplayer has all that the anime character has.

I think it can be hard to pick a girl as Asian if she has dyed her hair away from black. The skin tone is not that pronounced.

Lots of white girls do csplay well even anime characters.

Because anime characters don't typically look Asian

Most do, you need to look at their typical facial features, Asian women have smaller skulls and small chins. European ones have a different skull.

@RiseofArtemis it's not the skulls. Most cartoons have their heads shaped like that. It's what makes them cartoons. I believe that anime follows the Disney formula on that one...

It's the features that aren't typically Asian...
Most anime characters have coloured/blonde hair, coloured eyes etc etc

If the part is written for a specific actor, then that specific actor is, of course, going to play the part better.
