Technically "The Bachelor/Bachelorette" has been dating multiple people up until the finale. I don't know anyone who'd actually be okay with this if it wasn't a show where they actually have to. I don't think you can actually expect that you're ready to marry at the end of the show. So why is that such a big deal to them? Maybe that person is your soul mate, but you can't actually know for sure until you try dating in the real world.

90% of those relationships don’t turn into anything. I think only 1-3 out the entire bachelor/ bachelorette series actually got married after the show. It’s even worse with tv shows where 1 person is the focus. The shows where 1 person gets to choose the person they feel is the one.
90% failure us low, because in real life the failure rate if relationships is over 99%.
I think you’re just upset by how bad dating is. Even if was that high it’s most likely your environment not everywhere in the country as a whole. My numbers is an estimate yours is unrealistic
My relationship is goid and the only one I've had. Yet every relationship except your last one fails, and with a divorce rate slightly below 50% most marriages aren't even successful.
Everyone wants a romance to happen. 90 Day Fiance is like that. My Mom hopes for the same thing.
Romance is one thing, getting married without knowing a person outside of a show is something else entirely
