1. People Who Butchers My Name
I can't stand people who butchers my name in any shape or form because I see it as people not seeing me as a person. Also, I dislike people who butchers my name because I perceive as a symbol of incompetence & stupidity. Thus, I will never form new friendship with people who says my name incorrectly.
2. People Who Banters or Teases Harmlessly
I have no patience with people who banters or teases harmlessly since I find it very annoying. Also, I loathe people who banters or teases harmlessly because it doesn't mesh well with my serious personality. Therefore, I won't associate with people who banters or teases harmlessly.
3. Tardy People
I dislike people who are tardy because I see tardiness as wasting other people's time. I also see tardiness as an example of having no consideration. Hence, I won't associate with people who are tardy because it's incompatible with my emphasis on punctuality.
4. People Who Tells White Lies
I can't stand people who tells white lies since it's incompatible with my focus on being upfront. Therefore, I won't trust people who tells white lies.
5. People Who Changes Plans at the Last Minute
I loathe people who changes plans at the last minute because I see it as as an example of having no courtesy. Hence, I make an effort to stay away from people who changes plans at the last minute.
6. Spontaneous People
I dislike spontaneous people because their spontaneity doesn't mesh well with my routine based lifestyle. Therefore, I won't interact with spontaneous people.
7. People Who Engages in Small Talks
I have no patience for people who engages in small talks because it's incompatible with my desire for getting things done effectively as possible. I also don't like people who participates in small talks because it doesn't mesh well with my impatient personality. Hence, I won't associate with people who engages in small talks.

You sound pretty rigid. Actually, I agree with your distaste for some of those things, but I don't necessarily despise people who sometimes do them.
