My mom stares at everything I do?

Idky but I get anxiety or feel weird when people in general stare at me. Since My mom is always around, she stares at me of how I dress, what I’m eating what I’m doing and what not. It bothers me a lot but I don’t really say anything, she is a judgmental person so I don't know if she does that and thinks of negative stuff in her head. Anyone else feels this way and what can I do about it?
