My EX invited me to his concert!! Is he still interested?

My ex's, that I still really like, band performed this weekend. Hours before showtime, I messaged him on Facebook saying good luck

He then text me later (he hasn't text me since summer) asking what I was doing that night. Sadly, I already made plans so I couldn't make it. He said "aw alright". and the conversation continued a little longer after that.

A few days before this, I went to my old school to give something to someone and I ran into him. We walked right passed each other and he looks at me and says "OH MY GOSH ITS JENNAAAA!" (like in a preppy-playful way)

What I'm wondering is if there could still be a chance he that he's still interested..

So I figured that since he invited me, I'd invite him to my party (mostly looking for a reason to talk to him). He said he would see if he's busy. After I invited him (on FB) the conversation went on. And it was a playful conversation. It's a start (:

PERHAPS but you don't wanna jump into it too much, maybe he jus wanna b friends especially you guys have dated you guys should know a lot more bout each other compare to other ppl...maybe your the closest girl he has...so he might jus view you as his best friend sort of idea...just calm down act the way you normally would and read more of his moves first...

After all most guys like the feeling of havin few girls round em, makes them feel uno manly - so jus watch out for dat...

Well we never talk. I haven't talked to him since summer, like I said. But now he's noticing that I exists again.

Guys have their moments, maybe after a while of calmness and thinking he realizes that your the best girl he's got so uno he figured that out so he's acting friendly again.....but try not to over analyze his moves YET because its too early...AND I know its hard and you will over analyze BUT JUST don't rush things...keep updating and well see :)
