Are all stepmothers are evil?

When I was teen, someday I went to our neighbor's house with my neighbor's daughter. I saw that the woman's stepson wiped the floors with a cloth. When I asked to my friend about him, she said to me 'forget him, there's a lot of houseworks my mom ordered him to do'. Since then, I have always had the image that all stepmothers are evil.

My personal experience is that step mom's can turn out to be bad.

And there is a huge dynamic. If the marriage is new, the stepmom will be very good in everyway to the stepkids. She wants to ensure her place within the marriage and not cause problems.

As time goes by, she can change. She might be become more demanding and become abusive to get the upper hand on the kids she sees as disrespecting her.

The real challenge will be if she has her own kids, and if she see the stepkids treating her kid negatively. That's when witch comes out. And she will do her best to abuse and chase away the stepkids if they pose a threat to her child.

I agree with you. In the incident I described, the stepchild's father had left the house, and the woman, who took advantage of this, was not hesitating to use this child.

This story is made up and proves my point. Women go insane when they have power over other people. They just can't handle it. Women aren't made to be leaders and it shows.

Most stepmoms are okay. A couple of my friends have stepmoms and they have a great relationship.
