My friend seems to be obsessed with talking about my ethnicity?

So I am half Asian and half white. I have a friend who is white. I don't really notice people's race as people are just people regardless of their backgrounds, but my friend constantly makes these odd comments about my race which rub me the wrong way. She says I "smell of rice and noodles" in front of groups of people, she asked me if I have a "tighter, sideways vagina" and if a guy likes me "he must be into Asians." In front of groups of people at parties she just has to reference my ethnicity like it's some big deal, even when I've just met them, and they always look uncomfortable or confused at her comments. She also said my future children are going to look weird because they'd be "confusing looking" (her words.) I refuted this comment saying "nah my kids would be hot because they'd be mixed" to embarrass her, and she said "no they'd just be confused. Maybe they'll skip a generation and come out looking very Asian."

It's weird because she's VERY p. c in other ways. Like she has other minority friends who are black, Indian and Asian and is very careful not to be racist towards them and even protective over them, it seems it's only me she directs these comments to and obsesses over my race. What gives? Is she being racist or weird? What should I respond to her?
