How do you respond to reverse psychology?

Growing up I've always been told not to do this and that because it's dangerous or whatever but whenever I explain, there's always that reverse psychology coming from her even if I explain properly. The last argument was about me tanning to get vitamin D at noon (most of the time, my job is indoors and I avoid the sun most of the time). My grandma told me to stop because I can get cancer and get wrinkly just like in those farmers and construction workers getting skin cancer a lot. She's comparing me to that so I explained to her that I don't do it everyday but just twice a week and it's not even for more than 10 minutes or even just 5 minutes. Then started giving the anecdotes which is still a terrible comparison by the way so i just calmly explained that it's different because they are exposed for more than 10 minutes and every day. Then there goes that reverse psychology card "ok just go ahead and don't come crying if you ever get cancer" Of course as a kid I would fall for it but knowing that technique made me more rebellious now. If I ever receive any manipulative Reverse Psychology from someone who then I would just respond with I'll do it but in an extreme way. "if you want me to do it I will do it. If i die, you'll pay for it because that's what you want" but of course I won't go that harsh when it comes to my grandma telling me that. I'll just say "okay I will do it because you want it to happen" calmly
