Keeping your sister's secret and trust is more important than telling you mom. Your sister needs her brother's trust. So give it to her. She called you because she needed your help. If you betray her, she might not call you the next time she needs help. What if the next time is something more serious and nobody is there to help her?
She needs a brother she can rely on. So be that brother, and understand that you might not approve of everything she does. But you have to be there anyway. Don't betray her trust.

She won’t be doing that again 😂
I can get drunk enough off 3-5 shots. But a whole bottle? That’s just silly.
Monitor her cause she might have alcohol poisoning and need her stomach pumped. Google the symptoms and watch out for them, if she appears too sick, take her to the hospital or call an ambo.
Telling your parents is up to you. If your mums not gonna notice the missing vodka, then you could keep it yourself. But if she will, it’s best just to fess up and save trouble.
If it was me? I’d keep it to myself. I can be all mature and logically say it’s best to tell her, but I’d be full of shit cause I wouldn’t do that myself.
My cousin and I have done stuff like that before. But never half the bottle…
Always be the responsible brother. She’ll appreciate it eventually.
Yea you need to call your mother. Number one she could need medical attention. Number two that was not hers to drink and she deserves to be sick after drinking something that was not hers to begin with. You don't want someone over at your house who does this sort of thing I promise you that you don't.
You need to tell your mother ASAP

No you dont need to get her in trouble let her learn by throwing up by her mistake by the way she's going to feel in a couple hours you don't need to be a narc about it what good is that going to do to forget her in trouble and make her want to do it again look when kids do something wrong you don't need to be disciplining then you don't need to take away their phone or put them in time out you give them more responsibilities
Don't be a snitch just let her deal with it and If shit goes wrong for you for example she says you drank her bottle u have proof (if that is her in the picture) but other than that don't do anything she'll be fine I've done worse 😂
Leave it to your sister to clean up the mess, you did not say if your sister is younger/older than you. but irrespective its her problem to deal with, you get involved and she'll drop the whole mess on you, take this advice from the elder brother of 4 sisters.

I don't think randoms over the internet know your family better than you. If you think telling them is more helpful than not then you should.
You need to tell both. This could be very harmful to her health and she needs to know that is very irresponsible.
I feel like you should make that choice purely yourself rather than asking us.
Just make sure you refill the bottle with water so your mother does not find out.
