Lets say someone has caused you traumatic events into your life since the very day this person walked into your life and they seem to go on about their life's just fine but making it seem like you are the bad person, the person with jealousy etc but does not realize or want to realize what they did to you as in they always playing victim to things they've done to you, lying, not wanting to really be part of your life, always making it seem like you are the one who brings drama and problems into their life while they are "innocent" and didn't do anything to you they are the good person while you are the evil person or the villain in the story.

If you’re not enjoying an individuals company and they are providing no benefit to your life whatsoever, it’s kind of time to cut the bad apple out of the tree (so you can grow)
People like that suck. Cut them out and walk away. They'll find that even with you gone their problems will remain because they're usually the ones creating them.
Seems like you already have a diagnosis, now you just need to administer the appropriate treatment.
