I know three women who have had the procedure done, two of them were because they felt they couldn't afford it financially, they felt bad about it, but they didn't feel like they had a choice which is sad. The other found at after several miscarriages in the first trimester that baby that made it to the second trimester had many vital organs that were not developing properly that it would need to survive. I say it because I never asked her if they baby was male or female, so at 18 weeks she and her husband made the difficult decision to have an abortion while it was still legal, knowing the baby they wanted would not survive very long after it was born even if it lived in the womb until then. I don't feel I can judge any of them, because I was not in their situation. I hope I never have to either, because it would heartbreaking to feel like there was no other choice.

Why wouldn't I just use birth control inside you or condoms.
