100% spot on you don't need any female friends that you can not date or eventually have sex with. I always recommend to guys to stay out of the Friend Zone Trap. If she is not into dating you then move on to the next episode this one is not worth watching.

I just find it odd that you'd cut out potential for new relationships via these girl friends. Most guys are mates with other guys and most girls are mates with other girls so by being friends with one girl could give you potential for other girlfriends. Plus most people hang out with similar people so if your a gym nut and have a gym nut female friends her friends are also likely to be very gymy (don't think that's a word, but I'm rolling with it lol). Same with gamers if this girl is a gamer she'd likely have gamer friends.

Plus you got the other thing what if you were all going out with your bros and they brough their GFS with them to meet you all, would you not make friends with them I mean your not gunna fuck them are you? Will you ignore them the whole night cause their girls your not gunna screw?

I just think it's closed minded - plus you must have female colleagues at work would you not consider them friends? Or do you not chat to then either?

I would see you as close minded and sexual. Because you must be very close minded to a certain extent to limit yourself socially because you don't feel as if you can develop any rapport with women. And you must be a very sexual person if you canont be friends with a woman unless there is sex on the table.

Men tend to prefer having guy friends. Women prefer having female friends. But if you cannot develop any sort of social relationship with a woman, it shows a lot about you as a person.

Not really. I understand you. It's really hard to find female friends who don't generate feelings in me or where our friendship feels one-sided or forced. I've never had female friends to keep the friendship like before after they start dating someone else. Also, it's a lot harder to find women who has the same hobbies and interests as me. Female friends often come with female friends of their own, and zero positive points from where I was standing. Women complaining about it or actually being homophobic about it are just deflecting, because they think the same thing about male friends.

I had lots of female friends when I was younger, but I definitely understand. I sometimes call my female friends “girlfriends without benefits.” They call you with their car problems or when they need help moving. The later is worse if you’ve ever owned a pickup truck! If you don’t want to help her move, gently tell her “You want to f (ornicate with) Joe Shmo because he has a Porsche, let him move your furniture with his Porsche!

But, I say “girlfriends without benefits” because after helping them move, or showing them how to prime a carburetor (I know, I’m showing my age) after running a car out of gas, you don’t get to make out with them.

Also, no matter how many times they call you with car problems, ask a woman friend to iron a shirt for you, and see if you get a lecture on what a sexist pig you are!

No? I don't see how that's wrong. I suppose one problem I could foresee is maybe lacking in the ability to develop a connection with a woman you're romantically interested in if you don't give yourself the opportunity to connect with women in general? But I'm not a man who doesn't have female friends so I don't know. It ain't my life and I don't know you lol. You might not have any problems connecting with romantic partners. In real life I have one female friend who I have a little bit of a crush on because she's really pretty, plus she's a programmer, but she's seen me be a bit of a man-whore with other women (She hates my current 'ladyfriend') yet she's basically one of the guys and thats why we love having her around. I would never say I dont want female friends, that's incredibly closed-minded and ignorant. What I will say is I dont want any ordinary women, social media addicts or basic bitches as friends. Im well past that type of low-level almost teenage type of thinking.

Nothing is wrong with it. Just don't expect to get a girlfriend if you cannot even have a friend who is a girl because you shall be getting in over your head and every problem you have with girl as a friend will only show more when you try to live with one.
If your fine with that for whatever reason then good for you. If not then I would suggest making female friends and getting past any issues you have them to make yourself ready to get into a relationship with one.

But it is wrong as far as experience is concerned
I had an all male squad for years and we did everything together.
But some activities are not the same when you don't have females. Some things that might seem meaningless with the boys can turn very steamy with girls.

No one is saying you HAVE to have female friends but I am saying it's a shame to deliberately trying to avoid it

If you’re the kind of guy that can’t be friends with a girl without wanting to fuck her (which makes you weird) then don’t be friends with any. However, I promise that it is not impossible for two heterosexual people of the opposite sex to be friends without eventually liking or having sex with each other. I’ve had some and it has always stayed that way. It’s so normal that it isn’t even a big deal to anybody. But I don’t care how other people chose to see it and interact with other people, really. You have a right of your own choices, I couldn’t care less.
