Some Advice On Life Direction?

I'd prefer some older, wiser advice on this post. So if you're 30+, or you have a parent or uncle that's given you amazing life advice, please comment.

My partner (34) and I (28 ) have talked recently about a wedding (we eloped), college, buying a house, and kids, recently. Neither of us have kids. Our main debt is a used car we bought for $18000 recently (like 2 months ago). I have 2 years of college under my belt. He has zero. We are both employed and make about $72000 combined. He's being considered for a promotion though. We're really good with money though. We paid off $20000 worth of debt (during COVID) with jobs that paid significantly less. I have a good credit score. His is decent.

We recently discussed the order in which we wanted to do things. We're considering buying a house, having a wedding (so we can put the gifts in the house instead of our tiny apartment), then college, and kids (possibly adopting). I am on birth control, and haven't had one yet.

Does this all sound secure, or would you recommend doing something different? I'd love to hear personal experiences and life advice. Regrets are helpful too.

I'd say just go with your gut and as long as you love each other and it is real everything will work out for the best.
My advice to both of y'all would be to really pay attention to each other and learn what about each other because all that commitment is definitely something that requires both of y'all to be in it for better or for worse and y'all both have to make sacrifice and y'all both want it to be a two way street because I'll tell ya what it can tear a person up when they have pulled they're weight and have been committed and loyal just to find out that they are the only one and have been because they learn after 14 years that they don't really know each other and yeah I'm sorry, I tried giving good advice and ended up in a place where I don't wanna be.

Average home prices here are 325 which is 60,000 down. Church weddings are cheap. 725-850 for loan. history of at least 1200-1400 in rent for 1.5 years. I;m a landlord, by the way...
