I know I’m probably being dramatic. I’m 20. I have a step dad and he’s very rich and all of the family is very successful including my age people. They all went to university and graduated and I’m here still looking for a job and finding my purpose and doing apprenticeships. They’re all coming today and we’re going for a meal and I feel really anxious sinfe I feel like the disappointment when they go around the table and ask what I’m doing with my life like I’m so scared. I’m really trying and getting interviews for nursery assistants etc but I feel so low compared to everyone else. They all judge me thinking I’m just gonna get pregnant or something. I’m really anxious I don’t know what can help or advice? I’m not sure if drinking alcohol will help the situation. I feel embarrassed that I’m still looking for a job for like 2 months now.

They may be judging you, but remember you are the one that's actually judging yourself. Sounds like you're working hard at getting where you want to be, hold onto that hard work that you've done to get where you are right now and the hard work you're doing to get where you want to go.

Use that lowly feeling to motivate yourself. You are young and you lots of time to find what you love in this world.
If you need to get pregnant then I’d volunteer :)
