What would you do if your friend betrayed you?

I’ve experienced this personally very recently. What would you do if a friend you told a secret to in complete confidence went and shared that secret? Would you still be their friend?

The type of secret and level of secrecy will determine the outcome.

If its something super personal to me, then I would probably be very upset. I would ask the person why they betrayed my trust. I need to know what I did wrong to deserve that. And maybe (probably) break off the friendship. And slowly move on from there.

If its just a "trivial" secret that is not harmful, I may get mad for awhile, but not for too long.

my ex boyfriend have betrayed me before I had both of my exs betrayed me me and my ex boyfriend isn’t friends anymore and me and my ex girlfriend long story short my ex boyfriend got jealous because that I was talking a another guy at school and his bother told me he not friends with me anymore I cryed in tears the best thing I can tell you find better people to talk too and a better friend group
