Help my parents are stalking me what do I do?

I live alone and 25. I found out my parents put an air tag to my car to find my new adress as for many months I didn’t tell them the new place I live at. They want my adress to spy on me, make sure I never live with a boyfriend or him visit me, they also don’t give me my spare car keys so they can control me and open use my car anytime they want or to add an air tag. They r so crazy they are the type to drive and steal my car to leave me with no power, and no way to drive anywhere. They don’t want me be an adult they get pleasure me broke idiot , like a baby doing anything they say. They call me trash or bad daughter. I found the air tag with my bfs help, and we threw it away. I plan move out next year but I don't know if I shud do it soon 3 months move or wait til 6 months to move out. I don’t have savings yet. I worry how I’ll hide the other new adress I move to. They r so crazy they will talk to my owner to ask how much I pay for rent & if any guy enters my home. They don’t have a home to live in so they get angry seeing me pay rent like jealous. They live in a car close like 20 min away from me while ny marrried siblings live 2 hours away in peace 😓

They can talk to my owner knock on her door ask her how much I pay for rent and if any guy is coming inside my sfudio. They can steal my car to so I have no way to drive and not independent anymore they don’t like seeing me drive. They want me be baby broke hopeless no car

Yes we used to get along wen I was young broke no future no boyfriend no money. Now as I’m adult want live my own life have baby have partner , they don’t like it. They don’t want me have savings either
