Marrying a single mother is like paying for your neighbors house. There's absolutely no return on your investment. Why use your money that you work hard for to help raise another man's kids that you have no say over? Not to mention if her child goes to college. It is one of the crazies thing a man can do. All that being said, if she will give her kids up to their father, then it could be okay. Just as long as her ex never is around. You don't want the drama that comes with dealing with her baby daddies. Keep single mothers as a play thing but never marry them.
There's three times it's acceptable to be with a single mother.
- You're a single father or have raised/want kids on your own.
- You're desperate.
- You're an open cuckold. Those are the three reasons. I'd be friends with a single mother for sure, but I could never be in a long-term relationship with her, cause I'm not trying to be anyone's surrogate dad. (And no, it's impossible to be with a single mother without getting involved with her kids life, unless the kids are adult or live with the father. You're ALWAYS going to turn into their cuck-father.)
I always use the analogy dating a single mother is like buying twice as much as retail for a used car. Only instead of paying with money (but money might also be included), you're paying with time. And single mothers (who aren't trashy or sh*tty moms) will ALSO put you dead-last priority in their life. Always.
And it's not like they expect less from a man or have lower standards than childless women, either. Many single mothers use their kids as a reason to be even more entitled and demanding.
So like I said, it's twice the commitment, and half as much of a return on investment. I'm not against single mothers finding someone, and I'm not anti-abortion/"pro-life" either. But as someone who doesn't even want kids, I don't want to be with a single mother, ideally.

I think most men know what they are getting into when they date or marry a single mother so they can do what makes them happy.

She never would, not even if she was a millionaire.
Good, the last thing a single mother needs is a hopeless case like yourself.
I never have and never would. There are many reasons for that.
