Do you think walking around the house with no t shirt on as a man is inappropriate when having guests over?

I babysit for my next door neighbors very often. They have 4 boys. They have one son from the mums first marriage whose actually 26 years old and doesn't live with them but sometimes visits. The other boys are 6, 8 and 12 years old.

The boys and me aren't very close if I'm totally honest they are very messy and loud and I just make there tea and make sure they go to bed on time. I find them very annoying but I just ignore them and clean there mess up after they go bed. It's not my job to parent them.

So anyway I was babysitting last weekend and I was helping there mum out with some stuff for Christmas and then her oldest son comes to the door and asks if he can stay for the night. His mum says of course even though I'm staying over for the night and I've been paid now.

I ask if I should go home as now he can look after the boys but the mum was all like no way am I letting him look after them and told me her son will be fine and he'll just sit upstairs with the TV on.

I kinda already know her son from when we were children and used to play out together so it wasn't too awkward.

Then I'm walking around the house making tea and trying to set a flim up for the boys and the oldest son starts walking around the house in just his boxers and sorting though the washing. I go to him and ask if he needs any help. He just smiled at me and stood up from the ground basically showing me his whole body in just his boxers. I didn't know how to react and I felt really uncomfortable.

Even his 12 year old brother called him out on it and said to put some clothes on.
