What makes people who left you come back?

I have had a lot of people who stopped talking to me come back at unexpected times including friends or exes. They will pop up like nothing happened just to say hi. Actually one or two guys who had blocked me did that to me and I blocked them. Honestly what’s wrong with people?

This has not really happened to me. Not because of anything I am doing right. Just because I keep my relationships casual and mostly friends with benefits. Most of the times I hear the stories the return can be best described as the person who found what looked like greener grass was in fact astroturf. Most guys I have spoken to have told me they hated she left, but in the end, accepted she was gone and wished her well going forward. I have posted this song before. It kind of sums up how most feel.

By the time the girls see their mistake in almost every situation they find the man has moved on. Some took them back, but the passion was not like it was. The moral of the story is regardless of your chromosomes. Take care and use due diligence before dumping someone. Burned bridges make it impossible to go back!

In most cases an Ex is forced back into the relationship when there is no other alternative is available. Whether it is basic needs, loneliness, guilt, shame, boredom, or duty bound.

I've had that happen to me and i've figured it out. It is because they aren't actually your "friends". they see you as someone they just talk to when it is convenient for them. Understand that just because you talk to someone in your spare time, it does not mean they are your "friend". friendship is not some random person you talk to on your spare time. Friendship is a special connection where two people care about each other , trust each other and can rely on each other. In our modern days, a lot of people don't understand what friendship is. They think they have 100 friends since they have 100 facebook friends.

A real friend is someone that makes time to see you when they are busy.

An acquaintance is somebody who sees you when it is convenient for them

I learned this the hard way after suffering from several betrayals from my so called " friends"

It just HIT different with him only. And I’ve blocked him over and over cause he’s just a B—TY CALL. 🤦🏻‍♀️ And he only sees me as a B—TH CALL too.
But damn it was too good, every time.

They thought you were someone who needed them and now they realise you don’t and only wanted them and are perfectly ok without them, so that gets their attention. Makes you the forbidden fruit that they didn’t want until it became forbidden to have it. It’s an ego and desperation thing. Just ditch them.

They want what you have, often times when an ex comes back it’s because the person they left you for treated them like crap, and then they find out you got a great job and making bank, and now they want you back.
