People tell that i'm a narcissist, is it that bad to be a narcissist?

They tell that i sometimes can be very manipulative, i always brag about myself, i'm selfish and not easy-going at all. I think that i'm confident not narcissist. they insist on telling me that i'm narcissist. but i don't think so. People are trying to bring me down because i'm confident and i get more attention from people than they do. i assume that's why they are always trying to bring me down by spreading bad vibes with their words.

of course i can, but what if they are jealous of me and trying to bring me down because i get more attention than they get and i'm more confident. they are trying to destroy my confidence and i'll never fall for that one.

i really like being lifted up and i deserve it. but i'm not the one who does this for other people. if i believe that someone deserves to be lifted up then it's alright. but i can't do that to people that don't actually deserve it.

Why would i lift up people with poor skills and knowledge just to be lifted up? let me think about that for a second. Do i need any lift up? yes but not from people with poor life style. i have better skills than they have. i don't need any of them in my life. the last thing i do for those people is to lift them up, come on. the worst advice i've ever been given.
