My partner has a 4 year old yorkie. I recently moved in and we had babies so lot of big changes along with me bringing my dog. Anyway she started to shit and piss everywhere that’s not her pee pad or outside. It makes me so frustrated bc I stay home with the babies and then have to deal with her doing that. She seems to pee and poop only on my stuff never his. She’s bit me three times now bc I refuse to have her out when she does it so I put her in my dogs crate. She knows this and then will bite me when I go to grab her to put her up. He doesn’t fix the situation…he just says she’s having a hard time adjusting. What happens if she bites the babies tho? Or when they start to crawl and she’s having these accidents on purpose then they get into it? How would you handle if? I’ve seriously started to hate her now I’ve never hated a dog in my life!

His dog is marking its territory because the dog is not adjusted and knows no better. His dog is protecting him, and he needs to train that dog that it's okay, and his home, is now your home too also the dog is jealous of your dog and yes it could be jealous of them little babies, something needs to be done either get a dog trainer or he needs to rehome his dog. This is making of a complete disaster.

I would tap the dog on top of the snout. Not the nose but on top where the nose meets. Say no! No! The dog will realize you won’t be bullied by it also if it growls or tries to bite, tap it again. Then stare it down and say No! I said no!
You need to train your dog to respect you so that she will see you as the dominant one
Talk loudly and correct her everytime
Dog was probably jealous of you and that you were getting more attention than her.

Get rid of the dog if you have a baby or little children in the house. Nothing good can come of this.
