What’s a nice memory involving your family?

2 years ago, my brother and I rented an apartment together and our parents often visited us.

One day, we had pizza evening, mom visited us and all of us cooked together. After we were done feasting, we went out on balcony opened some Italian songs and my brother and mom started dancing, they are very charismatic and my dad and I couldn’t help but join them, we sang and danced together on balcony in front of everyone.

Neighbors from the front house seem to have noticed us, they were clapping and finger whistling at us. It was so fun.

I was just listening to some songs and remembered that day, I wish I could go back in time for just 5 minutes, to enjoy dancing with them once more, feeling the breeze on my hair and hearing the people cheering at us.

About 5ish years ago, we all got together for my brother’s wedding. It was the first time we were all together in a couple years. A couple nights before the wedding, for some reason we decided to play a game called “Pictionary”, it’s like charades, only you draw instead of acting it out. It was my mom and dad, my three brothers and their girlfriends, our neighbor and his wife and myself. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard in my life! I still think about the silliness and laugh about it.

When my parents brought my younger brother and sister to Disney World a couple of years ago. We had so much fun the 3 of us kids shared a room next to our parents room. We played games and stayed up late telling stories. I think we had as much fun sharing that room as we did at Disney World!

After my amicable divorce, the entire family (me, ex-wife, and 3 kids) got together to spend Thanksgiving together... with our young granddaughter. We had dinner together, and then visited an amusement park and kid's museum. It was very nice... surprisingly (or maybe not) we all got along.

Interestingly, after this, my daughter asked me why we got divorced, since we had such a great time together. I had no answer for her, other than to say, "Ask your mother?"

Neat. My sister and I shared an apartment on campus when went to college.

We had really nice reunions when either I or both my sister and I would return home to visit on break for the holidays.

around...2021...2? i worked for call center and i could see the chains around her neck... this was hell. (to me, some folks were good at it) My aunt was going to take us to Galveston to have a good time. But I had to make a choice... to do my job and miss out... or fk my job and go on the trip.

It was a lovely trip. <3 we got to have delicious food, i got to sleep in a nice bed and nothing was to regret my decision.

When we took a road trip through Europe in 95. We went across from England towards Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France, and one other. We went via a ferry across, and drove to several cities. We late took a ferry back to England, and went to several cities in England as we traveled back to where we were living at the time.

It was a fun trip!!!

There’s three memories that have completely changed me, one was when I was laboring by myself at home and my dog came over to me to lean on me and let me pet him through contractions. The second is meeting my daughter for the first time and hearing her little cry, and the third is seeing them cuddle and her hug him and giggle.

Everytime all my kids are here is another great memory for me. I love it when the whole family is together.
