We're now 18 year-olds in our last year of HS and only 2 months shy of our graduation. I've always had a crush on him since 7th grade but would either ignore him, give an attitude or pretend to be mean.
Sometime in 9th grade, we would just be cordial but if he asked others about how his clothes looks, I would just say ''I think you need a better one, it's so dull'' and look away.
Last week, there was a party and he was there. While drunk and him trying to help me since I had an unsteady walk and slurred speech by now... I said ''Always, always had a crush on you since junior high'' and more compliments about him and basically poured out all my feelings and the reasons why I acted mean back then.
He's talking to me normally but things are a bit awkward. I guess I can't take things back right? I wish he didn't find out in that manner.

Well, there’s no point in should've, could’ve, would’ve, it’s out there now. I guess you’ll see what happens next, he knows you like him, so now the ball is in his court to either do something with that information or just go on about his life.
No you can’t take it back have you ever heard of the expression when being drunk makes people honest
