What do I do when I see my mom flirting with another man?

I work with my mom, we both work in an office..i can't stand sitting there and watching her flirt with this guy that works in the same office as us..me and my mom are more like friends then anything, but I'm more scared then ever to talk to her about it. Do I talk to her or just leave it alone and let her do what she wants?

If yes...what she's doing is A-OK.

If no...then that's bad, but she's an adult. Even if you DO tell your (step)dad...the damage is still done, your mom was flirting with another man regardless.
