Signs a guy thinks he's friend-zoned?

Anonymous
I've been seeing this guy for about 4 months.. But lately I'm starting to fear that he's beginning to think I've put him in the friend-zone. . . We don't speak loudly of what we do, like if we're just seeing each other as friends or dating, ect.

We haven't kissed. The most romantic things we've done yet is cuddling(spooning, me laying on his chest and such..) + We shared a bed last time.

I'm a very social and out-going person, so I talk to lots of people(including guys), which I'm sure he noticed. + I'm very non-romantic, so I don't like flirting in public or initiating physical contact, so I'm hesitant about giving him hugs, sadly.. + I'm shy about our "relationship-status", so whenever someone asks "Are you dating?", I'll answer "No.. Not really.", and I get super defensive when people call us a couple...

And it seems that he's trying to make me jealous lately, but it fails miserably, since I'm not a very jealous person..

Dang it...

So, would you think that this guy thinks he's in the friend-zone? If so, how can I show him and the World, that I haven't put him in the friend-zone, without coming on too strong?

Okay, I have a feeling that I didn't explain things clearly.. I'm 120% sure he likes me. His best friend even told me out of the blue + he's one of the people who teases us about dating and being a couple... He used to always ask me about what I like, and then trying to set us up on an activity doing that thing. + He used to text me every single day for about 3 months, until he figured out I as bad at texting. Ect... So, it's just that I'm fearing I'm acting way too friendly around him.
