Do guys need guy time more than girls need girl time?

This always made me curious...

Why? Because whenever one of my female friends get a boyfriend I never see them as much anymore. I mean obv they want to spend more time with the new romantic part of their life but it's way more common with girls than guys. They get so mad when he needs his time with the guys, like their amazing life just got worse when they parted with their boyfriend. My guy friends get new gfs but they don't crave that time with their new girlfriend as much as my girl friends.

Also I notice more girls looking dramatically different when they have a man in their life. I see this pattern at work, school, and among friends. Like they look better and finally wear dresses, enjoy getting their hair done, etc.

All of this might be a sign of bad self esteem among women generally. I was always told I'll stay happier in the future if I don't let a man be the reason I miss traditional Saturday brunches with the girls, and dress my best whether I have a man or not. My boyfriend and I are really in love and have independent lives as well as a portion of our lives we share together. Has any other girl not listened to their vag and followed these rules?

My question to the BOYS: do you look dramatically better when you get a gf? Do you sacrifice more guy time for her than your girlfriend sacrifices girl time for you?
