I mean I literally see nothing wrong. I come from Brazil, and a lot of women still dress like this later in life. Most women I know find knee length shorts quite repulsive. "All because I'm old doesn't mean I'm gonna start wearing bermuda shorts."
Plus, not trying to be a horny pervert, but she looks pretty good for her age. And those are not even that short to begin with. They show her thighs, yes, but her butt is still covered more than enough.

Some women dress conservatively or change what they wear when they get older and others like to dress younger. Some women who dress younger do it for attention and in an attempt to keep their youth and some are just comfortable with their bodies especially if they are in good shape.
Nothing wrong with it. She's probably dressing the way she always has. Cut offs were what 99% of the people wore at the time she was young. That went for both guys and girls. That's all I wore myself back in the 70s. Back then, store bought shorts were nerdy and almost nobody wore them.

I'm not as toned so I'm a granny shorts woman. When my daughter was in high school she asked me to dress basically like a mom. Later she thanked me because she saw all these moms trying to hold on to their long passed youth. Most of the moms were a good 10 to 15 years younger than me but with all the make up, styled hair, tanning and possible botox they looked about the same age as me. I'd go in without make up relaxed to drill team events.

They probably don't know how old she is. I can tell how old she is by looking in certain areas but that is because I'm the same age. I've been in conversations with men younger than myself and they had no idea how old I was until I told them and then you could see the wheels in their heads going oops. These were casual conversations. The only reason men my age started talking to me was I let my hair go grey and I announce my age.
