Guys, what would you do if your girlfriend/wife decides to get lip fillers?

I'd be really skeptical about why she'd want to go through something like this. She can do what she wants in the end, but going through operations like this just for aesthetics is a bit of a red flag for me. Not enough to leave her, but it'd weigh in as a doubt on the relationship.

I think she just needs to be reassured. If it's to do it as in the first picture , never. If it’s really light, I’ll let her do it, but I’ll try to make her understand that it will not do her any gud.
I really want my girl to understand that she has nothing "improved".

I would of course try to talk her out of it, If I fail, I'd at least request how big she wants them to be. If it doesn't look too bad, I would probably be okay with it... not really sure what would I do if it wouldn't look too good.

I've never met a girl who actually looked better after lip fillers, or really needed to consider them in the first place. Just stupid.

It's ridiculous and hideous, I'd be gone in a flash if she looked those to two pictures. I'd also not approach a girl who looked like that.

Plastic surgery just isn't attractive. It tells me that the person I'm with is insecure and insecurity is a major turn off. Unless its necessary then its gross.

The first 2 pix are absolutely hideous and might contribute to an immediate divorce.

The second two pix are more subtle and not nearly as bad. But we would to need to talk about it.

I'd be concerned. Only reason you would do that is if you have body dysmorphia.
