As a girl is say leggings with a baggy shirt

As a guy a pair of comfortable stretchy shorts and a loose comfortable t shirt

It’s warm where I live (70 degrees Fahrenheit today), so I run year-round in shorts and a T-shirt. When I lived in Germany, when the temperature was below 40, I wore a thin running jacket and running pants over my shorts and -shirt.

Summer - exercise is mostly swimming so a swimsuit, except our pool was closed for Covid this summer. So I jogged in shorts & a top.

Winter - I use the gym in winter, so yoga pants & a top.

I don't usually exercise outside much... I do some simple exercises in the morning before my shower (crunches, pushups, pull-ups) every day at home and usually do those nude, regardless of the season.

for my workout classes in the summer it was always the shorts and thermafit shirt, but as we got into fall I like wearing leggings too

I only work out indoors, either at a gym or at home so it'd the same thing for both. Leggings, sports bra and a long t-shirt on top.

Cycling in winter , I put the bike on a trainer. Much safer..
