in my opinion dresses like this work well with nylons (tights, pantyhose's or stockings) since the dresses are only thigh length. if their going with black nylons then red shoes might pair better with the dress.
now to help make the outfit stand out more and catch attention without needing to show much skin. a nice belt or ribbon to highlight their waistline depending on figure. also a nice purse, watch or bracelets, earrings and/or necklace to tie the look together.
