Who else never wear shoes?

You can think it's crazy but I've always been barefoot my whole life. I grew up with my mother who is in the hippie culture and thinks human have to be barefoot. I've always lived in the warm south and go everywhere with no shoes without any problems. I'm now in my twenties and I don't know how it feels to have shoes or socks on. I can't imagine my feet not touching the ground when walking.

In few months, I plan to travel the country and I fear the moment I'll have to wear shoes because of the temperature.

Oh geese! That is cool! I usually wear sandals but going bare foot year round must be amazing! I mean I do live in the north and it is impossible to go barefoot all the time but some sort of foot covering is usually a requirement to enter most business around where I live as well. So I guess I need to move South.

I often go barefoot around the house, and I love the feel of beach sand on my bare feet. But, most of the time, I wear shoes.
