You shouldn't be focusing on how sexy you look in work, what's important is the work you do. It's unprofessional to try to look sexy in work all the time.
I would recommend long pencil skirts. I wear long skirts a lot and I feel so much sexier in them. You could have a tight figure hugging one, a free flowing one which shows off your bum but has a really feminine look or one that shows some skin. I have all three types and I love them all.

I've tried those long skirts on in shops and they just don't look good on me for some reason lol. It's like my figure just disappears when I put it on lol. I like the idea of the middle one with the slit up the thigh I might try to find something like that but knee length.
I like all the pencil skirt suggestions but a really nice fitted suit with a skirt is nice to. Especially if you have a nice chest. Get the suit tailored to you and you can wear a button down under but not the ones that go up to the neck. The vneck ones. I saw the post about the shorts and although those are a bit short you can find nice dress ones that you can wear pantyhose under and nice heals with and that would be sexy. I see no problem with following dress code and looking sexy. Get it girl

I don't think the office is the right place to show off your body. If you want to show more skin, go to the beach. Stay professional in the office and follow the rules.
Obviously I have to do what she says and follow the rules so I have stopped wearing mini skirts. Just need to think of new ways to show off my body without violating the dress code lol. For example the dress code doesn't state that you aren't allowed to show cleavage so I am doing nothing wrong if I do that.

But you can be yourself outside the office. In the office you're supposed to act and dress professionally. And in my book, dressing professionally means not showing excessive skin (legs and cleavage). I don't mind showing skin in the summer by wearing shorter shorts and crop tops. But there's a time and a place for everything. If you want to express yourself through your clothing, you should do so during your free time. Not when you're at work, where it serves absolutely no purpose.
I'm not saying I should be completely myself cos that wouldn't be appropriate. I want to tone down my normal self for the office but still have show some sex appeal without being too over the top.
Of hand I would say either skin tight pant suites, for whatever reason no one blinks an eye at those. Or if you need to show off some skin try finding a skirt that has a high slit up the side, I don't know what the weather is like there, typically women can get away with much less in terms of tank tops and spaghetti strap tops when its hot. Also, i didn't hear her say anything about your neckline...

This question just baffles me. Mostly because my jobs I have to wear a uniform.
The way I see it, work is where you work. Work isn't where you try to pick up guys, make people horny, piss off the other women, etc etc. You do some work. But you know, depends where you work I suppose?
Why can't you just wear form hugging knee length skirts and leave the mini skirts at home? I mean there could be a range of reasons why your boss has requested for you to stop wearing mini skirts - maybe people have complained, maybe she's jealous, maybe it's in the work guidelines to have a sensible length skirt (it was at one of my old jobs) and at the risk of being slightly rude... maybe people feel your too old for them? I think really if she has requested you stop you respect the fact it was probably quite a tricky conversation for her to have with you and in return not wear them.

I have worked in an office before where there were no uniform but there were regulations, eg, women weren't allowed to expose their shoulders. It baffles me that it means so much to you to be able to "sexy" at work.

Yea there are some reds that are kind of diluted that just make your skin look washed out. I think the bright red is best. I also have blonde hair and fairish skin.
