How to talk to my locker neighbor?

So this year in school I have a locker neighbor who's new and really cute. He moved here from like, Calfornia. He seems really nice and shy and I want to talk to him but I don't know what to say. I'm tired of waiting for him to make the first move. I see him at lockers a lot, but we don't talk. We did bump shoulders yesterday and I have one class with him

Well, don't be shy and say hi, introduce yourself, ask for his name, he's new to the state, don't expect him to be going around asking for friends when he doesn't know everyone. Help him out with tips for school or simply compliment his shoes or hair, or clothes to start a conversation.

u should just say hey, just have some tegualr conversations then see how he acts around u a little more and if u think he likes u just go for it, as a guy i like it when a girl that i like does something like that because it gets rid of the anxiety and nervousness of asking her

"hi, how you doing" is a good start. Remember, approach him, the same way you'd want to be approached yourself.

It just takes confidence to do, I know. Make sure you look nice, and have nice smelling breath (nothing in your teeth), and you should be good to go
